1. OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
 

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is aimed at providing a fast and seamless experience. Please ensure you follow the relevant instructions below and know that our Customer Care Team is on hand to facilitate a quick refund or exchange.  

If you are unhappy with your goods, we will offer a refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition. All items must be returned and arrive back to us within 
14 days of receipt of the goods for a refund or exchange. All goods must be returned in their original packaging without any of the original labels and tags removed. Please note that due to hygiene reasons Hats (including but not limited to beanies, snapbacks, baseball caps) and Underwear are excluded from our Returns + Exchanges Policy and cannot be returned or their purchase refunded.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make up, perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave marks or a scent on the item as we will be unable to accept the return or exchange of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. If goods are returned used, damaged or soiled, these will not be accepted and regrettably a refund or exchange will not be issued and the consumer will be liable to pay the cost of returning the goods back to them.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount in GBP against the original invoice, excluding the original delivery charge within 30 days on the original card used to make the purchase. 

We do quality check our stock carefully before dispatch to our customers, but in the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will refund or exchange the product including the original delivery charge subject to our inspection.

We will only offer exchanges for the same product in a different size subject to stock availability. 

We monitor the number of returns and exchanges made by our customers and we may refuse to accept orders if goods are returned repeatedly, although this does not affect your statutory rights.

 2. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
UK CUSTOMERS: 
We offer free returns and exchanges on all UK deliveries. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 
To make a return or exchange, please complete the form on our Contact Us page and select Request a return/exchange from the Subject drop-down menu. Please make sure you provide your Order Number and reason for return.

Provided your Request a return/exchange enquiry meets Our Returns and Exchanges Policy, we will send you a free Returns Label by email.

When you have received a free returns label via email, please follow these steps to submit your return:
1) Complete the Returns/Exchanges Form that was delivered with the goods and please place it inside the parcel. For exchanges please clearly state which size you would like to change the item for.  
2) Pack the goods you wish to return in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. 
3) Seal the parcel, print and attach your free Returns Label securely to the outside of the parcel.
4) Return the parcel by using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office for proof. Please do not post the package through the post box.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us so please keep your certificate of postage safe as your proof of return.

If you have requested a return, a refund will be made for the original purchase amount against the original invoice, excluding the original delivery charge within 30 days on the original card used to make the purchase. 

If you have requested an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement item within 3 days of receiving your return, after we have confirmed that the returned item is in a saleable condition.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For a refund or exchange, all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) completed and returned.  

International (non-UK) customers are responsible for postage and/or other return journey costs for both refunds and exchanges. We do quality check our stock carefully before dispatch to our customers, but in the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will refund or exchange the product including the original delivery charge subject to our inspection. For all valid exchanges, delivery of replacement goods back to you is on us.

To make a return or exchange, please complete the form on our Contact Us page and select Request a return/exchange from the Subject drop-down menu. Please make sure you provide your Order Number and reason for return.

We will inform you as to whether your Request a return/exchange enquiry meets Our Policy and if so, please follow these steps to submit your return or exchange:

2) Pack the goods you wish to return in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. 
3) Seal the parcel and send the parcel to the following address:

4) Return the parcel to us by using a reliable postal service and obtain a certificate of postage for proof. Please do not post the package through a post box.

If you have requested an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement item within 3 days of receiving your return, after we have confirmed that the returned item is in a saleable condition.

All incurred duties and taxes will need to be claimed back through DHL, when returning your items back to us. We are not responsible for the refund of international customs duties and sales taxes.


None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
